Why ADD?

We are a company dedicated to providing high quality sustainable buildings that ADD value, ADD comfort, ADD lifestyle and ADD wellbeing, whilst taking away the stress of a building project.  

 

ADD was formed by directors Ian Armstrong, Nathan Davis and Matt Davis.  Ian and Nathan are directors of International Award Winning RIBA Chartered Architects Practice ARCO2 Architecture Ltd.  Ian and Nathan were directors of a sustainable construction company that pioneered their own

pre-fabricated building system.  

Matt was a long standing employee and an experienced Site Manager.

ADD was formed to focus specifically on high quality Cornish coastal properties, offering complete design & build.

We have UKAS accreditation's for our ISO 9001 Quality Management System and our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.  Our commitment to these accreditation's enable us to continually improve, further reassuring our clients that we constantly strive for excellence in terms of quality and our core business philosophy of protecting the environment.
