WHY ADD?
We are a company dedicated to providing high quality sustainable buildings that ADD value, ADD comfort, ADD lifestyle and ADD wellbeing, whilst taking away the stress of a building project.
ADD was formed by directors Ian Armstrong, Nathan Davis and Matt Davis. Ian and Nathan are directors of International Award Winning RIBA Chartered Architects Practice ARCO2 Architecture Ltd. Ian and Nathan were directors of a sustainable construction company that pioneered their own pre-fabricated building system.
ADD was formed to focus on high quality Cornish coastal properties, offering complete design & build.

We are able to tailor our service to suit your needs. This often includes helping you to choose the correct plot or property, feasibility, design, managing consultants and specification with ARCO2. ADD then help you with cost control, value engineering, construction, site management, project management, handover and aftercare.
ADD & ARCO2 work from our own bespoke award winning office. We share resources and ensure that you work with the same familiar faces throughout your project. By taking care of everything we are able to take away your stresses and strains of a project to ensure the process is enjoyable.
COST CONTROL
ADD SC take great care to ensure cost is managed throughout the project and presented to our clients clearly and transparently. We undertake all costings in house using our own comprehensive pricing document. This document provides accurate and up to date data which can be trusted. Early cost analysis is undertaken during the design stages to ensure the building is designed to meet your budget.
As the design gains more technical detail and specification we are able to provide more accurate costings. We guide clients through the cost processes to ensure their brief and vision can be delivered.
DESIGN

Ian and Nathan were directors of a sustainable construction company that pioneered their own pre-fabricated building system. Matt was a long standing employee and an experienced Site Manager.
ADD was formed to focus specifically on high quality Cornish coastal properties, offering complete design & build.
AFTER CARE
We pride ourselves in providing a complete, professional, friendly service from start to finish. Once the project is complete we ensure that you have a comprehensive hand over package of information which enables you to understand how the building is constructed, how it operates and how it needs to be maintained. Our aim is to build long lasting relationships with our clients and to reassure you that we are never far away.
