Ian is also co-founder and Director of ARCO2 Architecture Ltd and is a Chartered Architect. Ian manages the day to day running of ARCO2 and ensures that projects/staff are programmed ensuring your project is managed from start to finish.

Matt has extensive experience as a site managing as well as being multi skilled on-site. He is responsible for the day to day management of the sites to ensure that projects run smoothly.

Nathan is also co-founder and Director of ARCO2 Architecture Ltd and is a lead designer. Nathan has experience working as a main contractor, quantity surveying and project management ensuring the smooth transition between design and build. Nathan helps to manage ARCO2 with Ian and is responsible for the day to day office management of ADD SC.

Keith has an extensive knowledge in production engineering and manages production, workshop, haulage, site assembly and maintenance of the plant. Keith is also a certified slinger and banksman.

Dan’s past experience includes working in management at a well known food retailers whilst also having a specialism in computer technology. He is currently undertaking many courses to become a multi skilled member of our team.

Chris is an experienced site manager with a very keen eye for detail. His calm, relaxed yet professional personality is crucial when working on high quality bespoke projects.

Project Manager
Rob is an experienced carpenter and is proficient at all 1st fix and 2nd fix works. He is also multi skilled with a wealth of construction knowledge.

Josh does not have a specific trade but has proved himself to be a knowledgeable multi skilled member of the team.

Mark is also an experienced site manager having worked his way up. As with all the team he is multi skilled. Mark also has a calming friendly personality and is an expert problem solver.

Nathan has a level 3 in Carpentry but as with all the team members he is multi skilled taking great pride in his work.

Sarah’s role is multi faceted and supports both the office and site teams. Sarah's roles are perhaps too diverse to list, but is an instrumental part of our team.

Undertaking project management, and with a history of carpentry, James has a breadth of construction related knowledge. James is responsible for day to day cost control, variations and payments and liaison with the contract administrator.
JAMES WHITE
Project Estimator
Marcin is an all rounder with a particular emphasis upon carpentry and trowel work. He offers crucial support to Site Managers.

Jill works for both ARCO2 and ADD SC with her primary role as Accounts/Book keeper. Jill is also responsible for HR, CIS, H&S and office management systems.
