This exciting house replaces a dormer bungalow which had been extended in every direction. The house although bigger improves the neighbours amenity by reducing overlooking and improving visual appearance and enhancing their views. A large sweeping green roof has been designed to minimise impact and improve the view of the dwelling behind. The house is split over three levels with the lower level being cut into the hill to provide part sub terranian accommodation incorporating bedrooms and games room. The main living space is within the open plan ground floor with a balcony and private sun terrace. The first floor accommodates further bedrooms with private balconies taking advantage of the panoramic sea views.
